Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund is available only if the refund request is submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.

Refund requests made within these 14 days are eligible for a full refund, regardless of usage, technical issues, billing concerns, or service experience.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations (After the Refund Window)

After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are not available, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction related to expected AI behavior or limitations
  • Suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service

  • AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and may vary in accuracy or relevance

These limitations do not affect refund requests submitted within the initial 14-day refund period.
