Terms of Service — EasyAgentForYou

1. Eligibility

To use EasyAgentForYou, you must be at least 13 years old, or old enough to use online services according to the laws of your country. By using the platform, you confirm that this is true.

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your password with others
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

To keep EasyAgentForYou safe and compliant, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Try to hack, modify, or interfere with the system
• Misuse third-party integrations
• Upload harmful files (malware, viruses, etc.)
• Use the platform to generate harmful or abusive content
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to access

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

EasyAgentForYou connects with third-party tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others. By connecting an integration, you allow us to access only the information required for your agent to work.

You are responsible for:

• Managing your own integration permissions
• Reviewing access granted to external services
• Disconnecting integrations when no longer needed

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or their downtime.

5. Payments & Billing

Since our payment plans are not finalized yet, this section is kept general and applies to both free and paid users.

If paid plans or subscription features are introduced in the future:

• Details will be clearly shared on our website
• You will be informed before any charges
• Paid plans may auto-renew unless you cancel
• Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal may be used

Any future pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Termination of Account

You may stop using the platform at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@easyagentforyou.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse integrations
• You attempt to harm the platform or other users
• Required by law or security concerns

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and platform features belong to EasyAgentForYou. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You own the content and files you upload. We only use your data to operate the services you request.

8. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. By using our platform, you agree that:

• AI output should be reviewed before use
• You take responsibility for decisions made using AI output
• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or correctness of generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the platform
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party integrations
• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties
• We are not liable for downtime, system delays, or external service failures

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top or notify users through email or platform notifications.
Continuing to use EasyAgentForYou means you agree to the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes must be handled in Pakistani courts.
